Planning, Collaboration & Design
It begins with the initial in-home consultation with one of our design consultants. At this initial meeting, we’ll measure your space, take inventory of your belongings, and listen closely to understand your needs and ideas to design a custom, functional, and efficient solution that addresses those needs and ideas specifically. There is no charge, no obligation, and no pressure associated with this service. Our design consultant will share with you photo realistic 3D CAD renderings and no-nonsense pricing of your project during this meeting. They will collaborate with you to revise the design until it’s exactly what you want, need and love. Design consultations usually take about an hour, but we will stay as long as necessary.
Fabrication
Upon acceptance of your custom design, it is then sent to our manufacturing facility for production. Because your project is truly custom, no two are alike. We use only the finest materials, hardware and accessories to craft your project. We strive to source the most sustainable materials for our projects.
Installation
Our installers will arrive on installation day at the time scheduled. Upon arrival, we will cover your floors to protect your home. Our installers are professional, will respect your home, drive clean vehicles, and complete most installations in a single day. Upon completion, we will wipe down your new closet or storage system and vacuum and take our trash with us, leaving your home spotless. Additionally, your project will be assigned a customer satisfaction/quality control manager who will check all hardware, hinges, drawer slides, and lighting to confirm everything is functioning as intended. Your customer satisfaction/quality control manager will take ownership of any issue that may need attention such as a damaged item or back ordered accessory and will facilitate its resolution expeditiously.
